A law repository for every learner!
✌🏻 Hey there people, this is Shyam Gadhiya!
An Engineer, and now aspiring Law Student from Rajkot, Gujarat.
About This Platform
This website is more than just a digital journal—it’s my legal repository, a place where I’m documenting everything I learn, explore, and experience from the beginning in my law school journey. Think of it as both a knowledge hub and a reflection of my growth as a student of law.
👨🎓 About Me
- Law Student — Currently pursuing Law at Grace College of Commerce, Rajkot.
- Engineer at First Hand — A Mechatronics Engineer from Ganpat University, Mehsana, specializing in Industrial & Home Automation and Robotics.
- Prepared for Civil Services — While Pursuing Engineering I had thought of serving the nation and so prepared for civil services exams of UPSC and GPSC, yet unable to go through it.
- Business Handler – So I begin to Handle my father’s business for the past 5 years, where I got first-hand exposure to legal disputes and problem-solving.
- Case Experience — Knowledge never goes in vain, all of my knowledge I gathered since preparing for Civil Services I used during two successfully cases that I fought:
- A Consumer Forum case fought and won within 8 months.
- A Cyber Fraud case fought and won within 10 months, and recovered money with 9% monthly interest from Bank.
(Details of both cases are available in the About Me section.)
This unique blend of Engineering, Civil Services Aspirant and Business management, and law gives me a multidimensional perspective — something I bring into the way I explain and simplify legal concepts here.
Why I Started This Repository
Law is vast, layered, and constantly evolving. From landmark judgments to fresh legislation, every new piece of knowledge builds the foundation of an advocate’s practice. Instead of keeping my notes buried in notebooks and folders, I decided to create this open repository:
- To organize my learnings semester by semester
- To share insights and resources with fellow students and aspirants
- To track my own development from a law student to an advocate
What You’ll Find Here
- Case Summaries – simplified notes of important judgments
- Breakdown of Bare Acts – easy-to-read interpretations of provisions
- Mind Maps & Flashcards – visual tools for quick recall
- Legal Blogs – reflections on contemporary issues, reforms, and debates
✨ Let’s Learn Together
I aim to make this space a living, evolving library—not just for myself, but for anyone who wants to understand law in a structured, accessible way. One day, when I step into practice as an advocate, I hope this repository becomes proof of where it all began: my first steps in the world of law.
